Account & Data Deletion Policy

If you wish to delete your Digi Bharati Khata account (Android App: com.dbk.app) and all associated personal and business data, you can do so at any time using any of the methods outlined below.

What data will be deleted?

• Your profile information (Full Name, Phone Number, Email, Shop/Business Profile).
• Customer contacts and ledger accounts associated with your user ID.
• Transaction history, debit/credit entries, bills, and payment records.
• Uploaded images, receipts, invoices, and KYC documents.
• Device tokens and push notification preferences.

Data Retention Exceptions

Certain transaction records may be retained in anonymized/archived format for the period strictly required to comply with statutory accounting, taxation, and anti-fraud laws under Indian legislation.

Method 1: In-App Deletion

1. Open the Digi Bharati Khata app on your Android device.
2. Navigate to Account from the bottom menu.
3. Tap on Settings → Security / Account.
4. Select Delete Account and confirm your request.

Method 2: Submit Web Deletion Request

Fill out the form below with your registered mobile number and details. Our verification team will process your request within 48 to 72 hours.

Method 3: Email Support
